A remote support connection can be established in two ways, by clicking a link in an email sent by our support team or by clicking on the link below to download the connection file that will connect you without having to install any software on your PC.

 

 

 

 

If you are a corporate client your system should have a connection pre configured for managed services please submit a service ticket so our support team can access your PC using the agent installed on it.
